The standard of our workmanship has been recognised by our position as a Registered Member of the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL). In order to achieve this we have:
- Independently inspected annually to ensure that our work conforms to recognised standards.
- Provided a minimum of six satisfactory customer references of work carried out in the previous two years
- Provide a minimum of two satisfactory trade references
- Maintain full employer liability insurance
- Maintain full public liability insurance cover
- Follow an agreed complaints resolution procedure
- Offer clients an independently back warranty
We are also part of the government backed Trustmark scheme, which was created to help consumers to find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen, and can only be achieved through the independent on-site inspections of our work.
